SBRS Perth only charges a Placement Fee once a suitable candidate is placed into the role, no matter if it takes 2 days or 2 weeks (This is all dependant on the type of Job Description being filled)
SBRS Perth is NOT run like LARGE FIRM Recruitment Businesses - We do not have an employee temp pool (of Staff), do Labour Hire, Access to Mine Site Work etc But we do have a number of people currently on our database ready in waiting for work with your Company!
Any costs to be incurred (Advertising, medical bookings, testing, etc) will be passed onto our Clients but these costs will only result after meeting & reviewing job role requirementswith you.
